What is your minimum order quantity?

We don’t have a minimum order quantity on most items. If there are any exceptions, we’ll let you know when we quote or confirm your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. We offer competitive pricing for bulk orders and repeat purchasing. Contact us for a tailored quote based on item, quantity, and lead time.

How do I request a quote?

Use the contact form, email us your parts list, or call our team. If you have a preferred grade, finish, or standard (e.g., 304/316 stainless, hot-dip galvanised, high tensile), include that in the request.

Do you stock everything listed on your site?

We aim to keep core lines available, but stock can change quickly. If something is out of stock, we can often source it or suggest an equivalent.

Can you source specialty fasteners?

Absolutely. If we don't have it in stock, we can source specialty and custom fasteners through our supplier network.

Delivery, Dispatch & Pickup

What are your delivery options?

Delivery options vary depending on the item and destination. We’ll confirm dispatch timing and shipping options with your quote or order confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Transit times depend on destination and carrier. Metro deliveries are often 1–3 business days, and regional areas may take longer. We'll confirm an ETA when we send your dispatch details.

Do you offer local pickup?

We don’t offer public pickup. All orders are shipped to the address you provide.

Can you deliver to site?

Yes. Provide the site address, delivery instructions, and any required booking details. For large orders, we can also discuss pallet deliveries.

How are orders packaged?

Small items are packed securely in bags/boxes with clear labeling. Larger orders may ship in cartons or on pallets depending on weight and quantity.

Can you help me choose the right fastener?

Yes. Tell us what you're fixing (material, environment, load), and we can recommend suitable grades, finishes, and thread types.

Do you supply stainless steel fasteners?

Yes. We can supply common stainless options (such as 304 and 316) across many product lines. Availability varies by size and style.

Do you supply high tensile and structural fasteners?

Yes. We carry and source high tensile options for industrial applications. If you need a specific standard or certification, include it in your inquiry.

Do you stock metric and imperial sizes?

Primarily metric, but we can often source imperial sizes depending on the item and lead time.

Can you supply matching nuts, washers, and bolts as a set?

Yes. If you want everything to match (grade/finish), let us know and we'll build a complete kit for you.

Do you offer trade accounts?

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options depend on the order type and account status. We can accept common business payment methods and confirm options during checkout/quoting.

Can you invoice with a purchase order (PO) number?

Yes. Provide your PO number at the time of order and we'll include it on the invoice and dispatch documentation.

Can you provide itemised invoices?

Yes. We can supply itemised invoices showing product codes, quantities, and unit pricing.

Returns, Exchanges & Issues

What to do if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or you need to return an item.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item/label. We’ll organise a replacement or exchange.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) so we can lodge a carrier claim if needed and get you sorted quickly.

Can I return unused items?

In many cases, yes. Returns depend on product type, condition, and time since purchase. Contact us with your order details and we’ll confirm eligibility and next steps.
